Corporate O2 Digital Banking ACTION ITEMS:

You should have received two emails with login and password information and instructions on how to start using your online banking account. The password email expires after 7 days.

  • Please check that all transferred information for Bill Pay is correct.
  • Set up account alerts as these will not transfer from your FMB online account.
  • Enroll in eStatements.
  • ACH Origination - Review converted batches and upload ACH templates from FMB as needed.
  • Wire Transfers - Review any converted wire templates and enter any that did not convert from FMB.
  • Remote Deposit Capture - Install Old Second's scanning application and drivers.
  • Check Positive Pay - Enter your check upload format, begin uploading check files as you issue checks.
  • ACH Positive Pay - Review and make changes to your list of allowed ACH transactions.

Which FMB branches does this impact?
There are five FMB branches in Illinois that Old Second is acquiring. They include:

  • Chicago (Hegewisch) - 13323 South Baltimore Avenue
  • Darien - 8301 South Cass Avenue
  • Flossmoor - 3301 Vollmer Road
  • Palos Heights - 7101 West 1217th Street
  • South Holland - 601 East 162nd Street
When will I become an Old Second National Bank customer?
As of the close of the business day on December 6, 2024 your account(s) will be transitioned from FMB to Old Second and you will be an Old Second customer.
Will my account number(s) change?
No, your account number(s) will remain the same. Some accounts that resulted in a duplicate account through the transition may need to have their number changed.
Will my routing number change?
Yes. Please be sure to update your routing number wherever necessary including direct deposit or ACH (Auto Pay) payment accounts that were previously set up with your FMB routing number. The new routing number is 071900760.
When will my new debit card arrive?
You can expect your new debit card to arrive the week of November 25th. Please watch your mail and plan on activating it on or after December 7th.
When will I be able to access my account online and/or through a mobile app?
Access to digital banking for both online and mobile will be available on December 9th.
Do I have to re-enroll in eStatements?
Yes. Your enrollment with FMB eStatements does not automatically transfer over so you'll have to enroll with Old Second to start receiving eStatements. Enrolling in eStatements is always optional.
Do I have to set up Bill Pay?
No. Your Bill Pay payee information and payments will convert but
please check for accuracy when you log in for the first time. Contact us
at 877 866 0202 if you need assistance or have questions.
Will Zelle still work?
You will need to re-register with Zelle through O2 Digital Banking by selecting Send Money with Zelle®.
Will I have to order new checks for my personal account? 
Yes. You can place an order for one FREE box of standard checks (no specialty checks) by visiting ordermychecks.com/omclogin#/login. Please be sure to enter your new routing number 071900760 and your existing account number when ordering. Shipping charges and taxes may apply.
Will I have to order new checks for my commercial account? 
Yes. To get you started, you can request that your banker order you wallet size business checks (quantity of 60) at a discount. No water marks, customizations, logos, duplicates, endorsement stamps or computer checks are available with this initial order.
