are required to sign a concurrence to abide by our Bancorp Code of Business Conduct
and Ethics, which include specific limitations and confidentiality in the handling of
all customer records and information.

We collect, retain and use information about our customers only in instances
where we believe it would help in providing useful products, services and opportunities
to our customers.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
- information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others;
and
- information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
- Maintenance of Accurate Information
We strive to maintain accurate information about our customers and we will
respond to requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.
- Limited Access to Confidential Customer Information
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees
who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We
maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal
standards to guard your personal information.
- Third Party Relationships
We may disclose any or all of the information we collect, as described above,
to:
- our affiliated bank or insurance company in connection
with products or services that we offer. You will be provided an opportunity
to decline the sharing of consumer report information, as defined by the
Fair Credit Report Act, prior to disclosure of the information to an affiliate.
- companies that perform marketing services solely on our behalf or to other
financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We will
insist that the third party keep such information confidential, consistent
with the conduct of our business relationship.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers
or former customers to any other third party, except as outlined in this policy
or as permitted by law.
