  While the Old Second Money Manager Money Market account provides a good foundation for any savings plan, when you link it to your checking account through Money Connection, you can earn even higher rates on your balances.

  • The interest rate we pay increases with your balances, take advantage of Money Connection and earn even higher rates when you link your accounts
    Tiered rates:
    • $5,000 - $ 24,999
    • $25,000 - $ 49,999
    • $50,000 - $ 99,999
    • $100,000 - $249,999
    • $250,000 and over
  • Minimum opening deposit of $5,000 required; a minimum of $5,000 is required to earn interest and avoid a $15 service fee

• Money Builder Savings

  For Money Connection customers exclusively, we offer a faster, more efficient way to bank while building savings balances.

  • The interest rate we pay increases with balances of $1,000 or more
    Tiered rates:
    • $1,000 - $ 9,999
    • $10,000 - $ 24,999
    • $25,000 - $ 49,999
    • $50,000 and over
  • O2 checking account required
  • Minimum opening deposit of $1,000 required; a minimum daily balance of $1,000 is required to earn interest and avoid a $15 service fee
  • Optional automatic overdraft sweep ($10 per sweep) between Money Connection accounts
  • Maximum of 6 withdrawals per month including: debit card withdrawals,O2 Online Banking services, ACH Debit, InfoLine, overdraft sweep, over-the-counter and in-person withdrawals ($12 fee for each excess debit)

• Regular Savings Plus

  This basic account offers a simple and easy way for everyone to save.

  • Minimum opening deposit of $50 is required
  • There is no minimum balance required to earn interest
  • Minimum monthly balance of $50 required to avoid a $5.00 service fee
  • FREE access to O2 Online Banking services
  • FREE 24/7 InfoLine access, providing instant account information by phone
  • Three withdrawals per month included ($1.50 fee per each excess withdrawal/transaction)
